It's the Wild Cat Cafe from Breath of Fire 2. While Nina simply flapped her wings and suffered no damage from the barbeque grill, poor Katt jumped and clung desperately onto her filmsy dress, trying to put some more distance between her fleshy paws and the reddening grill.
Nina's gonna need a new dress. And she'll make Katt pay for it.
